The new TUDCN Development Paper outlines trade unions’ experience with the governmental support systems for development cooperation in 18 countries. The study, carried out by the HIVA Institute offers also a number of policy recommendations, both to the donors and to the trade unions on how to improve the effectiveness of these support mechanisms.
